Aksel ÇAVUŞOĞLU is a Turkish and EU citizen with extensive experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and web design. He has worked as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at Onret E-Commerce A.Ş., where he managed all activities required for e-commerce sales to countries in the Gulf region from 8 websites and 4 applications. He has implemented strategies to increase sales, managed all kinds of marketing tasks including digital advertisements, email marketing, and SMS marketing, and monitored and reported on ecommerce relevant KPIs to management. Additionally, he has experience in website design and establishment of integrations in both Nopcommerce and Shopify infrastructures. Prior to his current role, Aksel worked as a part-time E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at Yeniinci.com, where he analyzed website UX design and improved and enhanced users’ experience, set campaigns to increase sales, and organized products, audited and arranged product information, chased stock and price. Aksel has a Master’s thesis on “Comparison Of The Financial Performance Of The Fabric Industry Companies Trading In ISE via AHP and TOPSIS Methods” and an undergraduate thesis on “Life Insurances, Life Insurance Calculations and Mathematical Equivalents.” He has also conducted research on “Relationship Between E-Crm Features and Customer Satisfaction: A Study on the Shopping Web Sites in Turkey” and “Job Satisfaction in Learning Organizations.” Aksel has a wide range of computer skills, including proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Nopcommerce, Shopify, Woocommerce, Tsoft, Ideasoft, and Ticimax, as well as Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, WordPress, Woocommerce, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), SQL, SPSS, and web design using Dreamweaver and Photoshop. He is also a passionate writer and blogger with experience in creating engaging and informative content for various websites and blogs.
